Heather Cunningham

Heather’s care for people has always been the center of her career. She has served in a variety of leadership roles while doing relational based work over the last fifteen years. Early in her career, she worked at a domestic violence agency working with staff to support and empower victims during their healing journey. Heather developed a statewide AmeriCorps VISTA project that provides capacity building to multiple nonprofits across Ohio. She led a coaching team for Circles USA, a national model to address poverty. Heather has BA in Humanities from Antioch University. Friends and colleagues know Heather as a servant leader, a skilled communicator, a problem solver, an engaging facilitator and one who walks alongside groups to bring creative ways to bridge relationships across economic lines. Heather and her husband and three children live in Springfield, Ohio.
